Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or a novice to wine culture, Sonoma Wine Country offers a collection of destinations to purchase savory blends. Here at Honor Mansion, one of our favorite regions is the Chalk Hill AVA. Also the Chalk Hill American Viticultural Area, this scenic expanse spans 1,400 acres and offers a dozen wineries. It’s a sub-appellation of the Russian River Valley AVA and produces some of the most exceptional Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc varietals.
