Your afternoon will begin by touring the culinary garden where organically-farmed produce is the inspiration for Executive Chef Didier Ageorges\' culinary artistry. Following a brief excursion through the vineyards, you will arrive at the Pavilion — a conservatory overlooking the equestrian center with panoramic views of the Chalk Hill valley. There, you will enjoy a sit-down tasting of our wines paired with several small plates prepared by Chef Didier.

Available by appointment Thursday & Friday at 2:00 pm.

Lancaster Estate Cheese and Wine Pairing:

Experience a thoughtfully paired wine and cheese tasting in our wine cave. Hosted by a representative from our Member and Guest Experience team, you will enjoy artisan cheeses selected by our winemaker to highlight four of our wines. If your group is larger than 4 people please contact us directly to schedule your visit. $35 per person

J Vineyards \"Bubble Room\" The Bubble Room is the ultimate Russian River Valley tasting experience. In a beautifully appointed full-service tasting salon, you and your guests will enjoy an exclusive tasting including rare Russian River Valley library and small-production wines, served with delicious wine country fare from executive chef, Mark Caldwell. The Bubble Room is open Friday through Sunday; seatings are available at 11:00, 12:00, 2:00 and 3:00.

Seghesio Family Vineyards

Seghesio Family Vineyards offers the opportunity to sit and relax away from a busy tasting room bar to enjoy wine as it was intended ... around a table with food and friends. Our Family Tables pair our most limited wines with seasonal tastes of recipes from the Seghesio family and Executive Chef Peter Janiak.

These private tastings begin with a brief tour of our historic winery before moving to Angela\'s Table and The Founder\'s Room. Located where wine has fermented for over a century before gravity flowing into the cellar below, these rooms overlook the cellar and feature tables crafted by Ed and David Seghesio from the large redwood tanks once housed here.

Calistoga-Schramsberg.  “Food and Wine Experience” . The Food and Wine will include the tour (beginning at 12:00) and will culminate in the thirty minute food and wine pairing. The chef has done an excellent job in designing and preparing a menu that compliments and enhances each of the wines that are presented at the tasting. Please note that the Food and Wine will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 12:00 only at a cost of $70 per person.
